This week has been a hard one. Our sweet pup passed away. It was her time, and she went peacefully but it was and is so hard. The next day after her passing, I was tired and stiff. For me, I like to process emotions while moving. Most of the time I go for a run or hike. But this week, I was tired. I could feel my body craving yoga and not a run. I knew where I was holding tension in my body and I began to flow. Afterward, I wrote it down and then filmed this class. It is not just for when you want to move through emotions, it is a full body flow focussing on opening the chest and hips.
